This training is a quick overview of the 2025-30 MPCA Industrial Stormwater General Permit (ISW). It covers the major elements of the permit and discusses the activity required for maintaining compliance with the MNR050000 permit.
This is an overview of the MN ISW requirements and is not meant to completely identify what "compliance" means to your facility. We do not cover sector specific criteria nor will all elements discussed apply to all permitted facilities across the state.
