Portals are a customizable gateway for Learners to access preselected Academy offerings for your team or clients. Portals are built with you and your team in mind. Branded and customized to include the trainings and content you want to offer your team. The Portal houses your Dashboard of ERS information that will help make your job of communication, reporting and tracking easier!
What is the Portal Dashboard?
The Portal Dashboard is a customizable snapshot that provides a quick overview of team training completions and other features selected in your Educational Reporting System (ERS). Customizations such as alerts, document retention, communications and certification management are all available features.
What is the Educational Reporting System (The ERS)?
The ERS is an educational tracking system designed to consolidate all the training needs of your staff into a single location and report generation for recordkeeping. Customizations such as alerts, dashboards and certification management are all available features.

Level 1 +
Allows a person from your entity to view who has completed the courses you have selected in your Portal. It allows you to access a copy of certificates for each Learner who has completed their course. Provides expiration dates for certified Learners.
Level 2 +
Private Secure Access, custom dashboard, and downloadable reports. Seat usage tracker so that you always know how many more Learners you can register in your package. Custom set alerts on when you are running low on seats as well so you never have to have that "I tried to register but it says there are no more seats available" moment again! Expiration alerts on certifications and a private community and resource library.

Package Discount Pricing
The combination of discount pricing and your Portal provides you the most cost effective means of training your team. Package quantities have to be purchased per course, you can not mix and match seats to meet a quantity threshold. Discounts can be applied to any course in our catalog.

Package Discounts
- Minimum of 5 Vouchers to the class of your choosing.
- You are issued a Voucher Code to take 100% off so that Learners do not have to use their credit card to purchase trainings.
- Vouchers are good for 1 year (12 months) from date of issue
Pricing Breaks
Starting with a minimum of 5 Learners, buy packages in these pricing bands to maximize your savings!
Note: You do not have to buy a set number of vouchers. If you have 12 Learners, you only need to buy 12 Vouchers and you would fall into the 5-20 Quantity Range earning a 5% Discount per Learner. If you have 35 Learners to get trained, you would only need to buy 35 Vouchers and you would fall into the 31-40 Quantity Range earning you a 10% Discount per Learner.
