Need a group presentation or staff meeting option?

Ask CWT about hosted access for eligible non-certification courses. This is helpful for staff meetings, safety days, refreshers, or general awareness training. Certification and credential courses still require individual learner completion under each learner’s own account.

Group discounts support organizations registering multiple learners into the same course. Final pricing may depend on the course, learner count, portal needs, tracking requirements, and reporting expectations.

These rules keep team training clear for buyers, learners, and compliance records.

For group course registration

Group discounts begin at 5 learners for the same course.
Discounts are calculated per course, not mixed across unrelated courses.
Discounted seats, codes, or vouchers are generally valid for 12 months unless otherwise stated.
Certification learners must complete training individually under their own learner account.

For portals and dashboards

Portal and dashboard pricing depends on selected courses, learner volume, tracking needs, and reporting expectations.
Team portals are intended to simplify access and organization, not replace individual course requirements.
Certification and credential requirements must still be completed by each individual learner.
Hosted group training is only for eligible non-certification courses unless approved in writing by CWT.
